Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (E-Books and Training Programs)
All digital products are non-refundable. Because e-books and digital programs are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been delivered. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you did not receive your digital product after purchase, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.

Apparel
We accept returns on apparel items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on apparel for size or defective items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

 

Coaching Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your coaching spot. This deposit goes
toward your total program cost and confirms your enrollment. Because your coach begins
building your personalized program immediately after the deposit is received, this deposit
cannot be refunded under any circumstance.


Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of $1,499 is due before your first coaching session begins. Failure to
submit the remaining balance within 7 days of the agreed start date may result in forfeiture of
your spot without refund of the deposit.


Cancellation After Program Starts: Once your coaching program has officially started, no refunds will be issued. You are
committing to a 12-week program and your coach’s time, resources, and planning are allocated
entirely to you from day one.
Pausing Your Program
If an emergency arises, you may request a one-time program pause of up to 2 weeks by
contacting us directly. Pause requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not
guaranteed. Programs cannot be paused more than once.


Cancellation Before Program Starts: If you need to cancel after paying your deposit but before your program officially begins, the $500 deposit is forfeited. If you have already paid the full $1,999 and cancel before the program starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to $1,000 at the discretion of Fitness Grounds.


How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing us through the Contact page. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
