No complicated diets. You'll get your personal calorie and protein targets, sample eating days, and clear food guidelines that actually fit your lifestyle.
Weekly 1-on-1 In-Person Training Session
One session per week training alongside your coach in person. Available to clients in the Chula Vista and San Diego area only.
Weekly 1:1 Coaching Call
20–30 minutes every week on Zoom or phone — to review your progress, adjust the plan, and keep you on track.
Weekly Check-Ins + Feedback
Submit your weekly check-in form and get back written or video feedback from your coach. Nothing slips through the cracks.
Mon–Fri Messaging Support
Have a question between calls? Message your coach directly. Responses within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Mindset & Discipline System
A 3-phase framework built to make consistency automatic. Phase 1 rebuilds your habits from the ground up. Phase 2 builds real momentum and pushes your performance. Phase 3 locks in your identity so you become the person who doesn't quit.
